A Dallas native, Dr. Jack Lord’s ministry has spanned the areas of evangelism, chalk-art presentation, and camp leadership across the United States, from Arizona to New Hampshire. He has been pastor of Prairie Creek Baptist Church in Dallas for twenty-four years, and pastor of First Baptist Church in Richwood, Texas, for eight. For the last seventeen years Dr. Lord has served as adjunct professor at Dallas Baptist University, Wilderness Campus of the Philadelphia College of Bible, Southern Bible School, and Dallas Seminary. His board memberships include Navajo Missions Southern Bible Institute and Dallas Christian Schools. Dr. Lord’s vision is to equip students to keep their listeners awake and receptive to the good news of Christ, while emphasizing the message of grace. Dr. Lord and his wife have five children and fourteen grandchildren.
