<p>You may go to <a href="http://www.1098t.com">www.1098t.com</a> to obtain an electronic copy of your 1098-T. Your 1098-T includes qualified amounts billed (not payments) for the period of 1/1/12 - 12/31/12.</p>

<p>Any non-family third party support,including scholarships and gifts, DTS processed on your account in 2012 is reported in Box 5. You should use your personal financial records to assist you in determining eligibility for any education tax credit or deduction. Your personal financial records serve as the supporting documentation for your 2012 federal income tax return.</p>
