Terms and Conditions

This complex is for single students without children. All residents must be DTS students taking a minimum of six credit hours per semester at the Dallas campus toward a degree (summer not required) or Ph.D. students making reasonable progress in their studies. The lease period is for 12 months and eligible residents may renew annually in June; specific amendments will be available for those graduating in Summer/December. The only pets allowed are birds and fish.

Waiting List

The waiting list may be consistently long. Newly admitted students should therefore not depend solely upon occupying a campus apartment during their first year at DTS and should explore off-campus options for back-up living arrangements. Please contact the Housing Office for information about off-campus opportunities.

Parking

There is one assigned parking space allotted per bedroom (i.e. one-bedroom apartments allotted one spot and two-bedroom apartments are allotted two spots).

Security

The DTS Campus Police is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
