International Student Office

This information is only applicable to prospective students who have been accepted to DTS.

For Student Issuance of I-20 or DS-2019 Immigration Papers

After you have been preliminarily accepted, you will receive your financial requirements from the International Student Office.

After you have been accepted by the DTS Admissions Department, you must complete and return these four documents to the International Student Office in order to be fully accepted.

  1. Student Data Identification Form
  2. Negative Tuberculosis Requirements
  3. Financial Documentation - of necessary funds for first 12 months of study
  4. Current Immigration Status - if you are currently in the US or are applying from overseas
  5. Financial plan for degree program
